The services we offer here are many, but with only one object in mind, the welfare of our resident four legged guests.

Heating is provided at no extra cost when required, and we are happy to administer ongoing medication at no extra cost provided such medication is provided by the relevant pet owner, along with written instructions.

Special diets are catered for, and in the vast majority of cases no additional charge is made for this service. We would be happy to discuss this in detail with concerned pet owners in advance.

We have 24 hour attendance on the premise.

Regular lead exercise is provided, complemented by individual exercise runs.

We do not sell pet food or accessories, we prefer not to give veterinary advice or try to provide services best left to the veterinary profession, we do not breed or sell dogs, [although we occasionally have dogs and cats needing new homes], and we will not try to sell you any goods or services which you do not want and probably do not need. It is our policy to give an exact price for our services at the time of booking, and what you are quoted is what you pay.

What we will do is devote our maximum effort into the care and welfare of the pets entrusted to us, to allow the maximum time permissible to deal direct with pet owners and answer there questions and ease there fears, and provide the care and attention to your pets you as owners are entitled to expect, ALL AT THE MOST ECONOMICAL RATES POSSIBLE.

Our rates vary depending on the type of pet you have, and can be obtained by simply telephoning us for more information, or better still come and see for your self..

Please note that due to our extensive opening hours our own quality time is precious, and we can not admit or release pets outside of these hours. All pets are required to be protected by vaccinations. A normal yearly booster will suffice, but if in doubt give us a call.
